These SMS Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the text-message reminder program (the "Program") offered through the Neuron application, operated by Tyler James Healy, a sole proprietor doing business as Sage Softworks ("we," "us," or "our"). By enabling SMS reminders in Neuron, you agree to these Terms.
Neuron is a personal productivity assistant. When you enable SMS reminders, the Program sends you text-message reminders and notifications about items you have configured or that Neuron has identified for you — such as appointments, deadlines, bills, and replies you owe — to the mobile number you provide.
You opt in to the Program yourself, within the Neuron application, by entering your own mobile phone number in the app's settings and turning on SMS reminders. Neuron is a personal tool: the only recipient of these messages is the account holder who enabled them. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of using any unrelated service.
Reply STOP to any message to cancel SMS reminders at any time. You will receive a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at the email below.
Message frequency is recurring and varies depending on the reminders you set and the items Neuron identifies for you.
Message and data rates may apply. Such charges are billed by and payable to your mobile carrier; we are not responsible for carrier charges.
Supported on major U.S. mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.
Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile information or opt-in/consent data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted here with its effective date.
