This Privacy Policy explains how Tyler James Healy, a sole proprietor operating as Sage Softworks ("we," "us," or "our"), collects and uses information in connection with the website at sagesoftworks.com and the Neuron personal-reminder application and its SMS text-message reminders (collectively, the "Service").

Neuron is a personal productivity tool. It reads sources you connect (such as your own email and calendar), identifies time-sensitive items (appointments, deadlines, bills, replies you owe), and reminds you about them — including, if you enable it, by text message to your own mobile number.

1. Information we collect

• Contact information you provide — the mobile phone number you enter to receive SMS reminders.
• Account information — the email address you sign in with.
• Content you connect or create — the commitments, appointments, deadlines, bills, and related details Neuron derives from sources you authorize, and the reminder text contained in the messages we send you.
• Message delivery metadata — limited records of whether a message was sent and its delivery status (we do not log the contents of the message alongside your number).

2. How we use your information

We use your information solely to operate the Service for you — to detect items that need your attention and to deliver the reminders and notifications you have configured, including SMS reminders. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell it.

3. SMS / mobile messaging

• We share your mobile number and the reminder text only with our messaging provider, Twilio, acting as our service provider solely to transmit the messages you have requested. Twilio processes this data under its own terms and privacy commitments.
• Message frequency varies based on the reminders you set.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Service, and only as needed to do so:

• Twilio — to deliver SMS messages.
• Supabase — secure backend hosting and database for the Service.
• Google — read-only access to the email/calendar sources you explicitly connect.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, or the integrity of the Service.

5. Data retention

We keep information only as long as needed to operate the Service for you or as required by law. You may ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact below.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, and server-side handling of credentials — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. Your choices

• Stop SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.
• Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting us below.

8. Children

The Service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the effective date above.
